Represented the UX Design services of Pacific Digital Marketing during a potential client workshop with Custom Ink, an online apparel customization service.

Discussed the company's collaborate approach to website redesign and presented mid-fidelity wireframes redesigning the product categroization pages as a means to showcase the value of a UX overhaul of the client site.

Reduce Bounce Rate

Design suggestions focused on reducing visual clutter, increasing user control of filter options, intergrating company media content, and improving both user engagement and retention. 

New Functionality to Improve Customer Experience

Proposed a new feature of users being able to save other user created products as a means to provide inspiration for their own creations, increase user trust in the value of the products, and improve social media engagement.
